Kona bound 2010: I qualified!

My last race was at the end of November last year at IM AZ.  I came of the bike in 1st place with a 5hr bike split.... 5 mins ahead of Sam McGlone.  But a lack of run training due to the flu I came down with after Kona hurt my performance in the run leg, and I soon drifted back.

My goal in the end was to qualify for Kona 2010, and my 5th place was good enough by a whisker to secure it.  Since then I had a few weeks off, and I am now back into the swing of things here in Tucson, AZ. 

The weather is great.....in the 70s most days, and there are a heap of great athletes training in town right now.  My first race for 2010 will be a biggy in Abu Dhabi on March 13, where I will win \$50K for first place!
