I have just arrived back to Tucson, AZ after a 3 week training camp in Santa Monica, CA. It was great. Siri Lindley kicked my arse into shape, and now, besides being a whole lot fitter, I am back into my summer jeans!
Yes, the first few weeks back of full training is a killer. All the aches and pains resurface, and you get thrown into the hurt locker more times than you would like to imagine.
But it will all be worth it and I am really looking foward to the TriSports.com Desert Duathlon in 2 weeks, then my big kick of race for 2010, the Abu Dhabi Tri on March 13.
